1 5/8" COIL-TECH COULTER II BLADE MOUNT The I-2100 uses the Coil-Tech Coulter II—a heavier coil spring—to carry larger five- bolt hubs and 22-inch blades, increasing Coil-Tech's jackhammer effect and allowing the coil spring to penetrate into tougher ground conditions. The I-2100 employs the heavy frame design used for the rubber suspension Independent Series machines for increased weight per blade and to manage the additional vibration created by this second generation Coil-Tech. True to the Independent series design, this machine is able to cover an acre per hour, per foot. In other words, a 41-foot machine will cover 41 acres per hour. The I-2100 has been engineered for compatibility with I-Series seeding and fertilizer attachments to allow producers to combine field operations, saving fuel and man hours.

Testing has shown this to be an optimum configuration to achieve the ideal field finish for most farmers. The gang angles can be manually adjusted from 1 to 5 degrees, to accommodate more unique soil types, conditions and personal preferences. Samurai Blades- they are slightly concave with a sawtooth design that excels at sizing residue and moving soil. Light Footprint- get in the field earlier than bulkier tillage tools allow. Hydraulic Hitch- allows operators to easily optimize in-field performance by transferring weight between the front and rear gangs. Super-Flex C-Shanks- designed to absorb shocks from rocks and stumps, providing protection from blade damage. Accurate Depth Control- offers 0 to 5.5" of tillage depth. Dual axles help the implement maintain an accurate depth along field contours. Standard high- floatation tires and heavy-duty hubs are ideal in a variety of soil conditions. -Harrow & Hydraulic Rolling Baskets- ideal for distributing residue, breaking up clumps and producing a uniform soil profile. Features Summers’ internal mud scrapers to prevent mud build-up.
